Greece's premier boutique hotel company approached WCC in 2006 to create a cocktail list and drink offering for their flagship property on Corfu island. This project has led on to WCC developing lists for more outlets and a group training programme for bar staff and managers throughout the group. WCC are currently developing workshops based around classic cocktails, cocktail history, spirits categories, alcohol production, basic service techniques and advanced cocktail creation.
