Catering for Notting Hill’s glitterati, Lonsdale has become something of an institution to the well-heeled of the West. With an uber strong bar team, comprehensive food and beverage programme and an eye-catching design, the venue has gone from strength to strength since its launch in 2002.
What Worldwide Cocktail did:
All aspects of the initial set up, from the technical mechanics and design of the bar area to recruitment and training of staff. In terms of drinks, Worldwide Cocktail Club not only created the initial cocktail lists and controlled stock selection, but have continued to provide support to ensure that Lonsdale is one step ahead of its competitors. We are currently working alongside the owners and managers to re-conceptualising the outlet, with a new look and new food and drinks offering to be launched in November 2006.
