- 50ml Angostura 7 year old rum
- 25ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- 10ml sugar syrup (the finest cane sugar syrup is recommended)
- 50ml pressed apple juice
- 50ml ginger beer
Method
Build all the ingredients, in the order stated, in a high ball glass that has been filled with fresh cubed ice. Stir, and then garnish with a lime wedge.
