  • 50ml Angostura 7 year old rum
  • 125ml ginger ale
  • dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 large piece of orange, squeezed and dropped into the drink (wash and dry the lime prior to using)

Method
Build all of the ingredients, in the order stated, in a high ball glass which has been filled with fresh, cubed ice. Stir, and top with ginger ale. Garnish with an orange slice.
