- 50ml Angostura white rum
- 25ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- 15ml sugar syrup (the finest cane sugar syrup is recommended)
- 10 large mint leaves, thoroughly washed
- 2 dash Angostura Bitters
- 100ml strongly spiced ginger beer
Method
Select a clean, polished highball glass. Add, in order, the lime, mint and sugar. Top up with cubed ice and add the rum and ginger. Stir well and garnish with a mint sprig and a single straight straw.
