  • 50ml Angostura 5 year old rum
  • 3 pieces fresh lime, squeezed and dropped into the drink (wash and dry the lime prior to using)
  • 5ml sugar syrup (the finest cane sugar syrup is recommended)
  • 5ml Marashino liqueur
  • 150ml freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice

Method
Build the ingredients, in the order stated, in a high ball glass which has been filled with fresh cubed ice. Stir, and then garnish with two lime wheels.
